Job Summary:
Responsible for working with assigned greeter, usher, and sales and will be working at The Pro Shop, ticket counters, and/or entrances during games and events.
Responsibilities:
- Works cooperatively with all staff to assist with customer service for guests and/or customers.
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays for each home game as well as concerts and special events at Fiserv Forum.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Fiserv Forum.
- Responsible for greeting customers, processing transactions, and customer service. Ensures that customers have found what they are looking for and promotes sale items and other relevant products.
- Monitor inventory and interact with customers via phone or face-to-face communication.
- Expected to assist other departments on projects, events, and tasks.
- Must participate in required training by the Milwaukee Bucks, Club, County, State, and/or funders.
Education Requirements:
- Must be a current high school student.
Experience Requirements:
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Must be a Boys & Girls Club Member enrolled in Brighter Futures.
- Must participate in mandatory Brighter Futures training including Job Readiness, Financial Education, Academic & Career Planning, Social Emotional Development, etc. and career development programming.
Skills:
- Enjoy working with youth/adults.
- Cheerful, enthusiastic, responsible, courteous customer service, and self-motivated.
- Must be able to perform all tasks in an efficient manner.
