Project Manager – Window and Door Installation
Dreamstyle Remodeling Inc. is seeking energetic professionals to apply for our Window and Door Installation Project Manager role in Los Angeles. This position includes working with an industry leader in home remodeling with an outstanding reputation for customer service and employee satisfaction.
Compensation includes $65,000 to $80,00 a year starting salary with up to $3,000 a month in bonuses and full benefits such as Medical, Vision, and Dental, and the option to participate in our 401k after one year of employment. Employees also enjoy a strong team and energizing work environment in our Los Angeles office led by established operations managers who drive an exciting culture.
The Ideal candidate will be someone with strong computer skills, excellent communication, the ability to lead a team of 6-8 installation crews and the ability to manage 30-40 projects per week. Our installations are in residential remodeling construction and will also involve working closely with customers. Project managers will maintain installation schedules, communicate with project coordinators, manage active installations and escalated installations. Work will also include managing installer and customer relationships, training, and coaching installers, and finally closing out installations with customers.

• Computer Literacy
• Window and Door Installation Background
• Leadership Role Experience
• Valid Driver’s License / Reliable transportation.
• Customer Service Experience
• Project Lead and Management Experience
• Computer Aided CRM and Scheduling Experience
