Job Summary/Basic Function

The individual will assist customers in the Wildcat Tech store in all capacities from assisting the technology department in a wide variety of tasks: greet customers in a friendly, professional manner; become knowledgeable about the technology sales floor. Assist customers with finding computers and technology related products and answering their questions in a professional and helpful manner; help pull items for orders, sell computers and Wildcat Store merchandise; stock inventory, keep the store clean and orderly. To operating a cash register, assisting customers with purchases and any questions relating to payment plans.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

Must be punctual and reliable. Friendly and customer service oriented.

Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week, including evenings and some weekends.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services,) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection).
