RH is seeking a Web Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will optimize and maintain our web-based retail platform, ensuring seamless functionality and superior performance. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and business acumen while helping to drive growth and customer satisfaction and elevate our brand’s digital presence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs
  • Support content setup and deployments within the platform, managing seasonal, weekly, data maintenance and code deployment
  • Audit and report on tracking systems while also working closely with cross functional partners to obtain, audit, & manage data
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT on site bugs, code release testing and approvals, fix status, release schedule, etc. Maintain data health throughout the entire Product lifecycle, including SKU setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and data entry
  • Understands data interactions within multiple systems and downstream effects of data entered
  • Lead process mapping efforts to identify areas of inconsistency to drive improvements and recommend future enhancements in process or technology
  • Responsible for change management documentation
  • Oversee the business view of all site changes, including ownership of the build calendar

OUR REQUIREMENT

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate retail or website operations
  • Experience with web merchandising metrics and analytics tools and in re-engineering web publishing and content management process; driving efficiency and quality into those processes
  • Manage time efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Possess a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent data and analytical skills, with a strong focus to detail and ability to highlight and resolve discrepancies
  • Experience with root cause analysis and process design – establishing, documenting and implementing change to improve procedures
  • Strong understanding of Google and Microsoft suites with the ability to navigate through large amounts of data using v look-up, pivot tables, and a variety of formulas and macros. SQL, Macros experience a plus
  • Flexibility with work hours is required
  • Six month assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion
