As the Paid Search & Analytics manager, you will have two primary focuses; provide exceptional results for our paid search clients and data-driven strategies for all clients. You will be accountable for deeply understanding business priorities, setting Paid Search and Analytics strategies across a complex portfolio, executing those strategies with demonstrated business impact, and educating stakeholders about Paid Search. You have hands-on Paid Search and Analytics experience (your favorite place is in the data and tools). In this position, you will work closely with all departments at Bullseye to evolve and sustain a holistic, scalable, impactful Paid Search & Analytics program.
Due to time zones and meetings, we are currently only hiring in Central and East Time Zones.
Paid Search & Analytics Manager Duties and Responsibilities

- Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
- Evolve a Paid Search & Analytics program that maximizes revenue opportunities.
- Stay current on the global Paid Search and Analytics landscape and emerging trends and identify tools and reports to automate processes or deliver more sophisticated analysis
- Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities, and implement strategies in a cross-functional team, as well as prepare and present executive-ready reports with insights and media performance
- Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to leadership and clients
- Oversee the completion of projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team, and the agency in the most productive direction
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop a data-driven, results-oriented, innovative, best-in-class Paid Search & Analytics.
- Develop and run paid search strategy and campaigns using Google and Bing
- Develop and run Google Display Network strategy and retargeting strategy
- Optimize campaigns, ad groups, ad copy, A/B testing plans
- Developing strategy and directing the development of analytics and data optimization for clients
- Responsible for Google Analytics audits, set-ups and optimization
- Responsible for Google Tag Manager set-ups and optimization
- Responsible for tagging structures and testing
- Responsible for analyzing and fixing data anomalies as they are determined
- Responsible for overall analytics tools and training within the agency

Salary Range: $75,000-85,000
