Veeva Vault Project Manager
Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Veeva Vault Project Manager, with sound experience working with customers as a key and influential member of their business planning teams to ensure a continuing delivery of outcomes through GVault team.

Location : Foster City, CA (on-site)
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Cognizant will not sponsor H-1B or other U.S. work authorization for this role.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 77K- $143K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

• Knowledge in Life science domain and GxP principles.
• Participate in program planning activities and oversee the delivery related to successful program execution.
• Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete program strategy and tactical plans.
• Build an outline of the expected objectives, transfer it to smaller stories and educate the team (onsite/Offshore/PM) on the understanding of the goal, timeline, delivery, and feedback to the customer based on the discussion with the team.
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within Gilead.
• Set realistic expectations for product managers during their products’ development, educates/discuss with Product Manager on customer leads roles and responsibilities.
• Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer.
• Proactively manage program stakeholder satisfaction to secure customer success story.
• Serve as mentor / advisor / decision-maker to project managers for the program for issues related to project quality and project risk.
• Prepare reports for program directors
• Oversees, Co-ordinate with the agile team, monitor project milestones and takes proactive steps to mitigate the risk discussing with client product owners
• Assume responsibility for the program’s people, contractors and other vendors.
Key Qualifications:
• Work with customers as a key and influential member of their business planning teams to ensure a continuing delivery of outcomes through GVault team
• Work closely with the Program Sponsors to facilitate decisions necessary for program delivery.
• Experience as PM/Scrum Master/Program Manager is an added advantage
• Experience with agile project planning and execution.
• Must have worked in Life Science/Pharma industry in VALIDATED Systems
• Must have very good technical knowledge on Veeva Vault Quality Docs/QMS
• Must have experience in coordinating and working with large, diverse and cross-organization teams.
• Outstanding collaboration, Effective communication and presentation skills.
