Overview
The Southern California Enterprise Truck Rental Vehicle Repair department has an opportunity for a Vehicle Repair Coordinator located at our Corporate office in Orange County, Ca.
The Vehicle Repair Coordinator is responsible for working with Enterprise Truck Rental branches, Truck Rental customers, and Truck Rental vendors to assess and coordinate the maintenance, mileage, and repair needs of the fleet. The VR Coordinator will provide support to Vehicle Repair leadership by facilitating administrative tasks related to maintenance and collision repair of Enterprise Holdings (EH) units.
Successful individuals will have strong time-management skills, be extremely organized, and have high attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
This exciting opportunity works 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday: 8am – 5pm. This position pays $22 / hour.

Responsibilities
- Work “shopped units” at dealerships, body shops and service centers. Verifying unit location and estimate of completion on a consistent basis
- Assist VR Supervisors with Body Shop approvals
- Approve POs in Auto Integrate
- Manage Unit Services to ensure information is correct and up to date
- Build relationship with the shops in their designated area via phone.
- Improve average Out of Service days (OOS) and out of service percentage
- Collect mileage updates from designated customers and enter into Decisiv
- Work and manage the DOT reporting to ensure compliance
- Collect and upload needed DOTs from dealerships and service centers
- Manage DOT inbox for DOTs completed and notify branch managers on the DOTs exceptions
- Schedule DOTs between customers and vendors
- Work closely with Risk/VR Manager with any other VR duties and projects
- Perform miscellaneous administrative job duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have at least have two years’ experience working in a dealership or maintenance facility
- Must have a minimum of intermediate level proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule(s): Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
