Shift Requirements
Night shift – Sun-Thurs, 10pm – 6am About The Opportunity
Position Summary
The T-Car Operator moves corrugated sheets from the corrugator stackers and distributes the stock onto the proper conveyor lines. This person is also responsible for following machine center schedules and ensuring the stock is available at those machine centers when needed.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Load each machine center or out-take line correctly
- Pull loads from corrugator
- Identify unit height requirements for unitizer detectors
- Distribute stock to machine centers
- Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements- quality is the responsibility of all employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
Essential to this Position
This position will operate our corrugator transfer car, learning the basics and department opportunities. Once qualified (6 months – 1 year), you will receive a pay increase.
- Entry-Level Pay: Starts at $25.21/hr + $0.50/hr for night shift
- Qualified pay rate: $27.07/hr
- Shift: Sun-Thurs nights from 10p-6a

- Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
- Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed
- Ability to effectively work in teams
- Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
- Ability to read a tape measure/ruler
