We are currently seeking a Training Logistics Lead to assist us with a current project and S/4 HANA Go Live in the Food Manufacturing industry. This position requires a passionate self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, contribute to conceptual discussions and decisions, thrive working in both independently and in a team environment, as well as the ability to set timelines and estimate the work required to complete a task. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in S/4 HANA projects with previous large scale logistics experience with knowledge of all aspects of a training logistics role. Professional Services / Big 4 consulting experience a plus. Responsibilities include partnering with the OCM and Project Teams to create a Training Plan that aligns with the SAP S/4 training strategy and objectives while aligning to the learning needs of the deployment; developing and delivering status for the OCM Team; building relationships with business partners, project team members, and site personnel to understand scope, specific work scenarios, and training requirements; managing end user training, Train-the-Trainer needs analysis, and logistics planning; developing and delivering training-related Communications to participants (schedule notifications and course changes); developing Training Plan based on Training Needs Analysis; working with deployment sites to understand site needs and constraints; building training schedules and for each location; assigning students and trainers to classes; assisting Trainers onsite and classroom orientation; creating rosters; coordinating with training within sites, as assigned; driving employees to complete CBT assignments / assessments; reporting attendance; overseeing training site logistics; working with onsite Coordinators and IT for room reservations / configuration and desktop / network setup; coordinating training material organization and delivery, as needed; assisting with the setup / maintenance of training assets in LMS; aiding facilitation by helping users log in, troubleshooting, etc.) This role is hybrid with 50% travel to PA. Duration is 9/15/23 through 4/5/24. The base rate range for this position is typically $75/hr to $80/hr with additional benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
