Territory Account Manager

This is a Territory Account Manager position responsible for Mist sales for the New York/Boston, MA territory. In this role, you will drive the Mist business as a specialist supporting the Juniper Enterprise sales team as the subject matter sales expert for Juniper’s industry leading AI-Driven Enterprise portfolio. This includes managing all Mist-related sales activity, channel strategy, go-to-market, etc. to grow the business in the region.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Owning the development and delivery of enterprise business development strategy positioning Juniper’s Vision, Strategy and Architecture.
  • Identifying key metrics for success in expanding enterprise business.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and use Sales Force tools (SFDC) to accurately record and measure the success of the strategy against these targets.
  • Working constructively and collaboratively with all key stakeholders to support business development strategy.
  • This role is a remote role.

Candidate Background:

  • More than 10 years’ experience selling within the IT sector with proven sales achievement exceeding objectives
  • Experience working with enterprise customers is critical.
  • Broad-based technological awareness in the networking industry, complemented by knowledge of data networking concepts.
  • Proven ability to engage and negotiate with senior decision makers.

Minimum Salary: $216,000.00

Maximum Salary:$310,500.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $216,000.00 and $310,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
