The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing both cash and credit payments from customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions, providing them with accurate information
  • Operating cash registers, lift gates, ticket machines, and other electronics.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all tickets are accurate, and providing a receipt to every customer.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with both customers and employees
  • Provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
  • Welcome and acknowledge all customers according to company standards; anticipate and address customers’ needs and thank customers with a genuine appreciation.
  • Control traffic to ensure a smooth flow at all times, while ensuring pedestrians are safe
  • Maintain security of vehicles
  • Verify the necessary supplies at the start of each shift
  • Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth at all times that is free of debris and trash
  • Complete the necessary end-of-shift documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
  • Must work with or without supervision
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors


Wednesday 12:00 am-8:30 am

Thursday 12:00 am-8:30 am

Saturday 5:00 pm-2:00 am

Sunday 3:00 pm-10:00 pm


Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Cash Handling experience preferred
  • Take an Integrity Survey
  • Willing to take a Fitness for Duties Test (Medical/Drug Screen)
  • Willingness to undergo a Background Check.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
