The Health Wellness division of ACE is a rapidly growing online educator that is quickly becoming a leader in the exploding field of Health and Wellness Coaching. We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented person who shares our passion for health and wellness.
This position requires a versatile individual who has experience with administrative tasks and customer service. We are looking for someone supremely organized, efficient, effective, and who is a great team player while also being able to work on and complete tasks independently. This is a role that will be crucial to the senior management, team members, and clients. Required Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- Solid work ethic, extremely honest, respects confidentiality
- Strong computer skills including intermediate/advanced MS Word and Excel
- Advanced communication (verbal, written, electronic) and superior phone skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Adaptable, flexible, able to multi-task and function under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to lift and carry books & materials required for shipping (up to 20 lbs)
- Highly organized, detail oriented and able to problem solve
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who has a positive outlook and has fun working
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past customer service experience
- Appreciation and passion for healthy living
Required Experience
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for all team members
- Answer phones: Respond to questions from students, current health coaches and other requests via phone as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues tracking data for the organization in Vtiger (CRM)
- Execute physical mailings and emails to health coaches & students in courses
- Responsible for email/phone call payment reminders for clients who are due and past due for certification renewals and website renewals
- Process annual certification renewals and send refresher course access as needed
- Coordinate with CA warehouse on shipping of physical orders
- Process digital material orders and verify access as needed.
- Send all refresher course/eCoaching access information communications to coaches
- Manage the eCoaching program, including access to courses and platforms, building platforms, enrolling clients and updates
- Upload conference call recordings in weekly classrooms in a timely manner
- Help manage daily tasks and contribute to a smooth-running office
- Other tasks and project support as needed from various teams & team members
- Maintain a commitment to and align with ACE-DSWI mission, vision, values and programs, to successfully lead teams to represent ACE-DSWI
- Other duties as assigned
Rate of pay: $19.00 – $25.00/hour
