Program Manager

  • Estimated annual base pay: $75,000.00 (minimum) – $95,000.00 (midpoint)

Qualifications
What you will be doing

  • Work with all relevant project and discipline personnel to prepare plans and schedules
  • Convert scope of work document into logically linked resourced project schedule
  • Monitor progress against project schedule and prepare progress reports
  • Verbally and in writing advise project management and discipline personnel on impacts, contingencies and generally guide the scopes towards the earliest possible finish
  • Analyze progress and effects on schedule and advise necessary corrective actions
  • Participate in schedule and project risk analysis as required
  • Track actual costs and prepare cost forecasts

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid knowledge and experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Planisware
  • Demonstrates leadership skills including the building of effective teams, an ability to manage conflict, the effective setting of priorities in the team and an ability to clearly define roles, responsibilities and objectives
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Focused on stakeholder needs, builds and maintains trust in relationship
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Program management or technical field preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in project management
