Technical Writer – Business Process Improvement/Documentation Development Project

Company Description

Established in 2015, The Efficiency Group is a small, process improvement/Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training and consulting firm dedicated to helping business or government organizations improve operational performance in a practical, commonsense manner using LSS techniques. Our unique HELIX approach emphasizes understanding and working within an organization’s culture to deploy improved business processes and support business process optimization. Through our training and implementation support, The Efficiency Group is changing the paradigm of traditional Lean Six Sigma training and its utilization.

The Efficiency Group is looking to add the right people to its cadre of LSS practitioners. We want smart, hardworking, driven people who put their customers first but understand a work-life balance. We want individuals dedicated to their customers, the company, and themselves who recognize that we can grow better together when we all work together as one. We want individuals who understand and are knowledgeable in LSS tools and techniques but who also understand the limitations of a “one size fits all” approach to process improvement. We look for leaders, doers, and team players who work to make themselves better through their work, their interactions with colleagues, their leadership of projects, and their role in the community.

The Efficiency Group is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace; is an equal opportunity employer, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status.
