Description
Everi is looking for talented candidates to join our Team! This position is responsible for managing our Technical projects through the solution delivery lifecycle to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will be an expert at planning, priority setting, as well as collaboration, teamwork, and conflict management.
This is a hybrid position out of Las Vegas.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Responsible for managing products through the solution delivery lifecycle, running release and sprint planning, end to end project scope, and daily standup meetings; ensures products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Ensures that product and business requirements are properly documented; ensures and facilitates functional requirements and implementation validation is adhered to
- Serves as process coach, assisting project teams in following defined scrum values and practices in support of full productivity and functionality; continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes, quality, and productivity
- Serves as subject matter expert in product meetings, provides ongoing SDLC project status updates to stakeholders, and participates in establishing agreement building techniques
- Manages, resolves, escalates, and communicates delivery blocks, risks, issues, and changes associated with product development initiatives
- Responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting on project status, delivery dates, and other project related KPI’s
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or equivalent work experience in product development.
- 3+ years of experience managing software development projects
- 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Able to coordinate and communicate with stakeholders from different teams
- Excellent Verbal and Communication skills
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Nice to have’s:
- Experience in running Agile teams
- Scrum Master Certification
- PMP or Six Sigma Certification
- Knowledge of Everi products
- Experience using Azure DevOps

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $82,000-95,200 annually.
