This position’s primary location will be Titusville, NJ with occasional domestic travel primarily in the NJ, PA area.

The Janssen Technology organization provides technology direction and product management for the North America Janssen Pharmaceutical Commercial franchises. Technologists provide leadership around demand management, product management, business process/analysis, quality and compliance.
This IT Senior Manager will serve as a Janssen Technology leader supporting the Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) organization. They will lead the technical solutioning, and prioritization in this multi-functional space by understanding key business needs and requirements. This leader will ensure clear people, process, and technology alignment across the ecosystem. This individual should be naturally curious, become comfortable with ambiguity, and embrace an agile way of working. The primary technology area this role will own is the patient profile and identity management within patient engagement management.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and other technical product owners, business technology leaders, and JCP functional team leads to understand core PECS priorities, ensuring the delivery of efficient technology solutions and investments.
- Implement the PECS patient profile strategy along with the data flow to and from patient CRM
- Accountable for the successful implementation of Patient Identity in patient CRM according to program objectives.
- Lead the connectivity across the patient connected experience product roadmap.
- Support technology innovation and exploration in the patient solutions space through relevant or emerging industry trends.
- Support a positive team culture in order to enable an authentic and open environment that growths with the diverse experiences and perspectives of the team.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of product or technology experience.
- Experience in defining and building a robust technology strategy across multiple platforms for a more connected cross-channel engagement.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing demand, multiple partners, networked teams, and evolving needs.
- Demonstrate ability to influence, enroll, and build collaborative partnerships, teams, and trust across functions.
- Experience leading teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Product/Project/Program Management experience leading large platforms.
- Results oriented with strong organization skills and a consistent track record in highly sophisticated projects/integrations from start to finish.
- Ability to problem solve and think creatively about technology solutions to deliver a business or program need.
- Ability to understand, shape, and measure the business value of solutions, while managing competing demand and ambiguity.
- Experience identifying and crafting areas of opportunity and optimization in support of IT and business strategies.
- Broader domain expertise and in-depth knowledge of patient experience in healthcare is preferred.
- The ability to multi-task, work with minimal direction, and achieve results is required.
- Significant experience as a people leader is preferred.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate with poise and integrity in a high-profile, and constantly evolving environment is required.
- Experience within the Salesforce platform
- Up to 15% travel within the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area and occasional travel across North America is required.
