Title: Tech Command Center Analyst
Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Tech Command Center Analyst to monitor, analyze, triage, and resolve incidents across Aaron’s technology portfolio. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for monitoring store networks, applications, websites, and cloud-hosted servers. The role involves performing system administration tasks, conducting root cause analysis, and creating documentation and runbooks. You will operate within a structured shift schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain a wide range of networks and systems, including telecommunications circuits, SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, storage, backups, cloud-hosted servers, websites, and applications.
  • Perform troubleshooting to identify and isolate issues, attempting resolution and escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Install operating systems, patches, and upgrades in on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Configure, deploy, support, and maintain server infrastructure hardware.
  • Configure, deploy, support, and maintain network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, firewall, switch, and WAP hardware.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk staff regarding store infrastructure and application issues, such as printers, POS systems, scanners, and workstations.
  • Document all reported incidents, including timelines and details, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and promote standard processes and procedures.
  • Lead problem management and learning review processes as needed, facilitating communication across technology teams, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of systems, networks, and technologies.
  • Participate in a rotation for weekend coverage and provide 24/7 on-call support.
  • Perform other assigned or requested duties.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or similar certifications/courses.
  • Ability to resolve network issues quickly and effectively.
  • Troubleshooting experience with server hardware and Windows OS technologies.
  • Familiarity with network topologies, including SD-WAN, firewalls, switching, and wireless access points.
  • Knowledge and understanding of web-based technologies and services.
  • Experience with Network Management System (NMS) tools preferred.
