Description
The Bridge at ACES student found it difficult to achieve success in the traditional classroom setting. They benefit from a personalized environment in which to learn and form strong connections with school educators and peers. Our students will be able to create their pathway to educational, social and career success all while working towards a high school diploma. Our students will receive academic, vocational, community integration, and social emotional learning courses along with wrap-around social work and community services to ensure successful transitions back to their communities. We also provide reintegration services for six months after transition back to the local home schools or graduation focusing on academic and community support.
