Responsible for driving the activities of the Concur Expense Team, ensuring customer service and continuous improvement of processes and delivery.

This role leads overall day to day activities for Concur Expense.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for Concur expense management, audit, and reporting
    • Function as the internal subject matter expert and escalation point for Concur Expense
    • Ensure system audit rules, reminders, expense types and system settings are operating correctly, and employee data is updated accurately
    • Subject matter expert on travel and expense management tools, functionality, customizations, and reporting
    • Effectively develops trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams
    • Understands the technical needs required for successfully resolving business opportunities
    • Participates in the continuous improvement of processes by developing scalable and innovative solutions
    • Maintains Internal Controls and drives the team through required compliance
    • Ensures appropriate processes and job-specific requirements are properly documented
    • Monitors the team’s progress against departmental goals
    • Monitors team’s daily activities and has a close track of SLAs
    • Leads regular team calls to address operational topics, improvements and projects that require monitoring and resolution
    • Provides reports, updates and recommendation to leaders at all levels of the organization on short- and long-term objectives and policies, program effectiveness, team accomplishments, summary of findings, and explain internal and external impacts
    • Provides leadership, mentorship and coaching to direct reports
    • Maintains relationship and attends monthly meetings with SAP Concur
    • Team:

    • Identify and Lead Continuous Improvement Projects
    • Leverages prior experiences to help develop and recommend solutions
    • Review Concur Expense Release Notes
    • Quarterly Review of Rejected Expenses for Trends and System
    • Improvements:

    • Quarterly Review of Expense Types Updates
    • Annual Review of Concur Expense User Roles
    • Assist team with day-to-day operations

An ideal candidate has:

    • 10+ years of relevant work experience with global expense and corporate card programs
    • Extensive knowledge of Concur
    • Prior experience collaborating with A/P and finance preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced skills in Excel
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, customer service, and organizational skills. • Ability to create best-in-class processes: migration from a simple aggregator will require the ability to assess existing processes, design and build new processes, and ensure efficient and well-controlled processes
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize is critical; a strong focus on designing, building and conforming operational processes across the enterprise

$108,000 – $154,000 a year

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California (Bay Area) – $108k-154k

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
