Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Job summary
• Prepares the overall solution architecture
• Provides the architectural vision goal alternatives
• Validates the architecture against the business requirements
• Reviews and evaluates the technology options from an investment point of view
• Communicates critical technical choices
• Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices and to deliver functionality in line with specific customer requirements

Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsibility for architecture oversight and technical leadership in implementation projects
• You will ensure quality of deliverables remains in line with agreed standards within scope and budget
• Working experience in MDM Architecture data model workflows inbound & outbound end point integration web/ REST services & data migration
• Knowledge on PDE STEP API’s Web UI dashboards. data quality and data governance
• Integration with data pools like GS1 Brand Bank etc.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops
• Lead high-level design workshops
• Guide definition and roll out of data governance strategies policies roles responsibilities processes controls and rules
• Detailed design documents preparations
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules
• Prepare detailed design documents for data migration
• Train and mentor colleagues in STEP implementation activities and best practices
• Support integration system and user acceptance testing

Required Skills and Experience
• Total 15 years of experience. 4+ years of relevant professional work experience and 10+ years overall in IT industry
• At least two full lifecycle implementations of the Stibo STEP solution for Product MDM or PIM additional MDM/PIM implementation experience a plus
• Stibo STEP experience as a hands-on technical developer and configurator
• Leadership experience in designing and implementing MDM/PIM solutions
• Expert technical skills in software development are preferred: Java and/or JavaScript data and database design SQL XML Linux and Web services

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000.00 – $147,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
