The position pays a base salary between $65,000 – $75,000, based on experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close for a large multi-family portfolio
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving all discrepancies
- Ensuring all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording of revenues and expenses
- Assisting with year-end audits
- Assisting with additional projects as needed
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Must hold a completed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1-2 years accounting experience
- Yardi experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient user of Excel
