The Franchise Sr. Underwriter is responsible for analyzing loan applications for C&I and CRE loan requests and making informed credit recommendations in concert with the Banks Franchise Lending Policy. The client base consists of members of Bank approved Franchise Concepts. The position involves significant financial responsibilities including the ability to analysis borrower financial statements and access the risks associated with the loan. The Sr. Underwriter is responsible for managing the credit process from underwriting/approval, commitment stage, through the final funding stage. This position involves communication with marketing associates, borrower, Franchise Credit Manager, loan processors, loan closers, bank servicing and Senior management.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $125,000 to 150,000. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
