Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Technical Project Manager (Digital Transformation)
Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 6 months, with extensions
Location: 100% remote
As a Sr. Technical Project Manager (Digital Transformation), you will focus in a PMO capacity in the Digital Core Team. The idea candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, particularly in the areas of analytics, data, digital and automation – within consumer retail.
The successful candidate will be very technically savvy and have hands-on experience as well as demonstrated comfort with taking over a project at any phase and executing as required. They will be able to plan, execute, and deliver projects with multiple workstreams, according to strict deadlines and within budget, while effectively managing scope. This includes coordinating the efforts of Business and Technical teams (team members, senior stakeholders and third-party consultants) in order to deliver the project according to plan.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10+ years’ experience working as a Program/Project Manager
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience working as a Senior Project Manager on large projects in the Consumer retail or large conglomerate
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience working on Data and Analytics projects
- Experience with data extraction and curation is strongly preferred
- Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall Software Development Methodology and associated processes and ceremonies to drive project value required
- Microsoft Data Platform and Azure expertise
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience working on SAP projects
- Motivated individual with excellent planning and organizing skills
- Multi-year experience working with Global teams
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment is essential

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70.00 and $80.00/hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
