We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager who is a thought leader building complementary supply chain solutions to unlock incremental capacity at low capital expenditure, enhance speed to market, and drive down fulfillment costs. The Sr. Supply Chain Manager designs long-term strategies and capabilities to facilitate game-changing innovation, reduce capacity constraints across the core-network, unlock incremental profitability, and drive executive-level initiatives.
Supply Chain Innovation organization’s core goal is centered on two key principles:
i) Innovation that positions the customer’s first.
ii) Solutions that spin the Amazon flywheel.

SCI develops capabilities and business models that support Amazon’s needs for cost-effective, scalable e-commerce solutions including storage, distribution, and customer fulfillment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– 5+ years of supply chain experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
