Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on trends data. Supports performance of analysis, designs reports for use by clinicians and administrators, develops and validates operational information for clinical departments.
Job Responsibility
- Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on trends data. Extracts patient clinical data from medical records or other sources containing patient clinical data.
- Verifies and populates patient clinical data in designated databases.
- Maintains consistency and integrity of data collection; reports concerns regarding data integrity.
- Presents data and recommendations for process/performance improvement initiatives and quality management.
- Assists with implementation of databases; trains staff on data capture and data entry.
- Interfaces data from organization hospitals for reporting purposes; develops and analyses systems needed to obtain information or statistics vital to project.
- Collaborates with various departments in database development and required modifications.
- Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $58,500-$75,012/year
