Are you motivated to improve the way millions of customers shop for everyday essentials on Amazon? Are you looking for a high-impact and high visibility role? The Subscribe & Save (SnS) team is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to drive SnS’s busines operations across 14 marketplaces.
In this role, the Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for multiple VP level goals for the SnS team and will need to work closely with senior leaders in key partner organizations (e.g. Retail, FBA SAS) to ensure success. This individual will design strategies and mechanisms to achieve those goals and own communication on progress to a VP audience. In this position, the individual will be responsible for developing and managing SnS program deliverables and supporting the Selling Partner Success product roadmap. The Sr. Program Manager will work closely with Business Intelligence Engineers, Product Managers, Software Development Engineers, and business leaders in Retail and FBA. Additionally, this program manager will be expected to scale themselves through two program managers on the team (one supporting the Retail business and the other supporting the FBA business)

SnS is made up of passionate PMs, BIEs, UX designers, marketing managers, and engineers working together to build a world-class auto-delivery program for millions of customers across the globe. Within the SnS organization, the Business Operations and Supply Chain team aims to improve the subscriber experience through partnering with the Retail, FBA, and Supply Chain orgs to identify opportunities to improve the selection and discounts we offer subscribers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
