Sr Program Manager Seller Onboarding, Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers (ACCS)

Are you an experienced Senior Program Manager who wants to drive innovation and growth for an $XB business with global reach? Do you want to lead initiatives that will have a significant impact to Amazon’s bottom line? The Amazon Currency Converter (ACC) business is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our Seller Wallet business. The Senior Program Manager will drive cross-organizational programs to streamline Seller Onboarding workstreams for an exciting new product. They will make a material impact on the existing business with a focus on driving user acquisition for a profitable and strategically critical program for Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with other Amazon business units to develop and execute products and programs that align to team and cross-company goals.

Own strategic initiatives that will improve Seller onboarding experience and acquisition funnel for exciting new payment products

Influence the product roadmap for key acquisition initiatives for new payment products

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
