We have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Program Manager to join our Global Innovation Group.
As part of the Zeguro (www.zeguro.com) team, you will be working in a startup environment with a talented team based in the San Francisco Bay area. You will be actively involved as a project manager for our SaaS products, and as a program manager to ensure that we can effectively cater to about a million of our small business customers. This is a great opportunity to help secure small businesses, while learning about cybersecurity – a much sought after domain.
You will be part of the Global Innovation Group, interacting with product strategy, global product management, software engineering teams, and every function within the company. You will actively be involved in strategy and roadmap conversations, while interacting with our large customers.

As a Senior Program Manager:
- You will have oversight for the overall coordination, management, status reporting, and stability of project oriented work efforts.
- Your projects/ programs will include large and complex rollout of digital risk services.
- You will work closely with leadership from different functional areas to understand business priorities and drive business value through business outcomes.
- You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet customer expectations, and adhere to high quality standards.
- You will also drive the development and maintenance of consistent business processes and procedures, while recommending improvements and enhancements to current solutions in place.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years’ combined experience as a Project Manager and Program Manager
- 2+ years’ experience using agile methodologies
- 1+ years’ experience managing vendor or client implementations
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMP or PMI certification desired
- Experience in leading change and managing transitions is highly desirable
- Experience working in a matrixed resource model and managing expectations of stakeholders across divisions
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (waterfall and agile, including Kanban), resource management practices, and change management techniques
- Ability to manage all phases of project and program lifecycles
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team work environment with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners, vendors, and clients
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to make and influence decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and be adaptive to change
- Ability to work as an effective cross-functional team member
- Strong process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to quality
The salary range for this position is $146,600-$215,100 plus opportunity for company bonus of up to 15% of eligible pay. In addition, the company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.
