StreetEasy’s real estate marketplace has changed the way New Yorkers seek and find their homes. We are looking for an experienced marketer to drive StreetEasy’s product marketing, sales enablement, and customer insights efforts as we continue to improve on every aspect of the New York real estate experience. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Marketing, Product, Strategy and Sales teams to bring impactful new products to market as well as improve on the success of those already launched.
About the role
Strong candidates will have extensive experience creating and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns that grow product awareness and adoption. They’ll be able to clearly identify and address customer needs by working in partnership with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle (discovery, development, launch, post-launch analysis). They’ll be able to equip our sales and customer success teams with the right strategies, content, and other resources to help them succeed. The right candidate will have a proven track record driving measurable business results by crafting and executing go-to-market plans, sales enablement strategies, and customer insights, and will be ready to step into a key role at a fast-growing and dynamic tech company. This role will focus on our Partner audience, which includes products for agents, advertisers, and other partners.
This role has been categorized as a Hybrid position. “Hybrid” employees regularly work at an existing ZG corporate office for approximately 10 to 80 percent of their time each month, and the rest of the time they may work from a remote physical location of their choice within a reasonable commuting distance from the corporate office which must be identified to the Company in advance. The Recruiter and Hiring Manager will set expectations on the employee’s preferred time in office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $118,600.00 – $189,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams early in the product planning process to identify target audience, build compelling core value proposition and messaging; identify optimal messaging channels for upcoming launches; influence product roadmaps with customer insights and knowledge.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans to shepherd new products through launch; identify and build engagement strategies across customer touchpoints and channels; conduct post-launch analysis to understand impact.
- Partner with Strategy and Sales teams to develop strategic positioning and build marketing materials for new and existing B2B products.
- Partner with the Analytics team to gather and synthesize product and campaign performance data; iterate and improve campaign performance through the application of rigorous analysis.
- Consistently inform and collaborate with partners across the organization to drive business results.
Who you are
- 4+ years of marketing experience with focus on B2B product marketing
- Extensive experience creating and scaling marketing programs that drive product adoption
- Extensive experience creating and socializing product value propositions and messaging frameworks
- Experience creating and executing marketing messages and materials to drive product adoption
- Experience with marketing research techniques and application to generate customer insights
- Experience using research and customer insights to influence the product roadmap
- Strong understanding of agile product development lifecycles and processes
- Demonstrated ability to work with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs in the discovery and development process.
