Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Cradlepoint is looking for a Sr. Product Manager, AIOps who will play a vital role within the greater product management team, driving AIOps requirements and use cases of Cradlepoint solutions. This role will become a subject matter expert for future AI/ML driven Zero Trust Networking and 5G in the NetCloud service. As a Product Owner you will be driving product requirements, use cases and feature prioritization and will be working with PM, R&D, SE and sales accounts team assisting in the customer journey and experience.

What Will You Do?

  • Technology Subject Matter Expert
  • Owns team backlog and implementation.
  • Sets team priority and defines Sprints
  • Assists technical story creation
  • Set acceptance and definition of done
  • Team with Engineering Manager to define technology roadmap

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Eight (8+) years of technical experience in enterprise networking and security sector
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML and AIOps technologies
  • Working knowledge of Network Visibility, Application Performance and Analytics
  • Strong understanding and background in networking and security technologies (L2/L3, Routing Protocols,Switching, SD-WAN, Firewall, L4-L7, IDS/IPS)
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies – AWS, Azure, VPC, etc.
  • Must be able to demonstrate confidence in networking architecture, engineering, operations and security discussions
  • Proven ability to understand complex and in-depth level technical situations, related business challenges and be able to communicate strategies for effective solutions
  • Excellent communications skills and comfort/experience with public speaking
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into understandable language to any level of audience
  • In-depth understanding of networking, security

Compensation and Benefits at Cradlepoint

At Cradlepoint, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.

Your Pay:

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

  • $119,700 – $210,450 / year

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint’s Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Time:

Your work-life balance is important to us. Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee’s FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
