What you’ll do

As the Senior Digital Pricing Strategy Manager you will be responsible for driving growth with pricing strategies for our eCommerce sales channels. You will work directly with executives within the organization on sales and pricing strategy, including our e-suite and functional leaders. You will collaborate extensively with eCommerce sales product marketing, product management, and finance to accelerate growth across our company as we create a new software category.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Pricing Strategy.

Responsibility

  • Own packaging and pricing strategy for our eCommerce channel, including designing strategies to drive reach and market penetration while enabling upsell and expansion
  • Partner with our Web Sales team to drive P&P merchandising, messaging, and promotion strategy
  • Understand customer needs, create customer value, and highlight competitive differentiation through pricing and sales strategy
  • Start with an ambiguous complex problem, frame up strategic issues, identify key assumptions and required information, gather information and analyze data sets to tease out insights, and communicate those insights across the organization to simplify discussions and deliver a decision
  • Understand value-based packaging and pricing principles
  • Understand eCommerce and SMB direct sales channel dynamics
  • Lead discussions 1:1 and across groups to create a common understanding and deliver cross-org alignment.
  • Drive sales enablement content creation for our SMB sales team and customer support
  • Create sales-facing and customer-facing content including presentations, web copy, and datasheets as well as guiding others to create content

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of business experience
  • 2+ years technology marketing strategy experience with preference for product marketing or pricing/packaging experience

Preferred

  • 2+ years of sales or product marketing experience in B2B SaaS targeting SMB customers
  • MBA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with CRM, Contract Lifecycle Management or related category
  • Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional projects
  • Ability to influence senior leadership
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $118,300 – $182,775 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $111,600 – $162,625 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
