We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Technical (L7) who will work with businesses across ISS to identify product opportunities for internal and external customers and help us grow a key strategic product using Generative AI that will become a co-pilot in the growth journey of tens of thousands of Sellers as they sell on Amazon.
This Sr Mgr PMT and their team will leverage their deep product management expertise to work backwards from customer scenarios, to identify the right product opportunities, and define and execute the product roadmap.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you and your team will work on developing the product strategy and vision for key features for a seller facing large language model, outlining business requirements for a scalable solution, and overseeing the implementation, launch (go-to-market) and post-launch product performance. You will work closely across business, tech, marketing, and partner teams to foster alignment and solve challenging problems. You will work directly with Customers and Sellers to understand their needs, and will use those insights to make immediate impact on product design. You will provide program visibility and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
As a Sr. Mgr PMT, you will operate in a complex, uncharted and ambiguous space with a high degree of autonomy. You will act as a single-threaded leader across multiple workstreams from ideation and customer engagement through development, implementation, launch, and scaling. You will work in a diverse team that spans disciplines, cultural backgrounds, and geographic regions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience
– MBA
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience managing teams
– Ability to work backwards from customers and with key stakeholders, e.g. to trade off addressable business opportunities against available resources. Experience in defining, evangelizing, and realizing the vision for a new product area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience working with data preparation techniques, and ML modeling frameworks and tooling.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
