The Twitch, Audio, and Podcast Advertising org (TAP) enables monetization of Amazon 1P entertainment publishers, including as appropriate 3P supply that is packaged with these 1P publishers’ inventory to maximize revenue and yield. We partner closely with the advertising teams within each publisher to create monetizable ad supply, and with Sales and Demand teams to match and maximize demand against this monetizable supply.
We are expanding our team at all levels this year to build the products and programs that will deliver this monetization for our publishers.
In this role, you will lead a team of product managers to define and build the podcast product roadmap, execute a vision for podcasts across Amazon, and help build podcasts to a $xB+ business.
A day in the life
As Senior Manager of Product Management – Technical, you will lead a team of product managers to drive the product vision and roadmap for podcast advertising. You will have experience managing product development teams, leading complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features, and spearheading the definition of new capabilities through product and technical design documents. You will have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can effectively influence across organizations. You work backwards from the customer, dive deep into data to understand the issues, and drive product development to deliver collaboratively with your teams and partners.
About the team
This role will sit on the Twitch-Audio-Podcasts leadership team. We work to maximize ad revenue opportunities for Amazon and these unique entertainment publishers. We partner closely with product and program teams across Amazon to create ad supply, and with a multiple Ads teams to scale demand.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of team management experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

– Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
