ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to join our client’s Global Partner Marketing team to own marketing with and through two key strategic technology partners: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Shopware. This role leads building joint marketing plans, defining success metrics, and executing co-marketing campaigns and programs to drive acquisition and activation, and ultimately helping partners grow their business.

Scope:

  • Lead development and refinement of joint messaging and production of co-marketing assets with AWS and Shopware, working with an external agency
  • Support development of sales enablement collateral for each partner, working with an external agency
  • Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives, tactics, investments, and measures of success with each partner, in alignment with overall partnership goals and objectives
  • Build and execute co-marketing plans and activities with internal and external stakeholders to drive demand and sales velocity with and through each partner using a variety of channels, including events, digital marketing, and consulting partners
  • Administer and optimize market development funds (MDF) with each partner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with each partner, acting as the main point of contact for all marketing-related activities internally and externally
  • Generate regular reports to assess campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives

Required skills:

  • 8-10+ years of relevant marketing experience in the B2B technology space
  • Experience working closely with technology partners to build joint marketing plans with partners, and execute marketing programs and campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation outcomes
  • Proven ability to influence and guide the partner’s marketing leadership team to align on objectives and deliver against joint marketing priorities and plans
  • Experience shaping joint messaging with technology partners
  • Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments through an indirect business model leveraging partners
  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Proven leadership capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross functionally
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
  • Prior experience working at or with Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred

SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS

Pay Range: $100,000 – $150,000 (targeting 120k – but may have flexibility for the right candidate)

  • The expectation is that the role is remote but that this candidate will be asked to go in at least quarterly and for ad hoc meetings (QBRs, etc.). The address is 11 Park Pl, New York, NY 10007.
