Reporting to the Associate Director, Reporting & Analytics, you will manage and mentor junior team members in completing reporting tasks while helping them develop professional expertise.

Job Description

  • You will work with the client and other teams to develop insights and recommendations
  • You will communicate recommendations to client stakeholders, leading client reporting calls
  • You will participate in discovery and auditing process with Client Services, Planning and Activation teams to create a measurement strategy and reporting infrastructure for all clients
  • You will collaborate with Client Services, Planning and Activation teams to develop reporting templates and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for advanced issues and improvements
  • You will manage team in the hands-on development of client reporting, both baseline reporting and advanced reporting
  • Work with D&I Development, Data Science, and Leadership teams to refine and optimize reporting platforms, templates, and philosophies, staying up to date with and testing new technologies
  • Coordinate with other areas of D&I team including forecasting, analytics, data engineering and tagging/tracking
  • Responsible for direct reports including Associates, Senior Associates, ensuring their professional development and their opportunity personal success within Carat

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience managing others
  • Experience with retail sales data (e.g. Amazon, Best Buy, Criteo)
  • Strong need for someone who can understand retail data nuances and hit the ground running with retail reporting
  • Degree in analytics, information systems, communications, statistics or similar areas of study
  • Experience with excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, sumif)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Visualization experience, ideally with Power BI
  • AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) experience preferred

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$110,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
