What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Data Governance Analyst II you’ll responsible for leading the development and maintenance of AI/Analytics Governance across the enterprise. This will include a consistent set of policies, standards, and practices to enable strategic and ethical use of analytics and artificial intelligence.
- Maintain analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) policies and standards
- Establish analytics and AI governance roles and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training materials and playbooks for the enterprise and individuals in analytics roles.
- Produce and maintain documentation and artifacts
- Empower and facilitate governance teams in alignment with the enterprise framework
- Ensure coordination and consistency across for analytics roles through coaching, training, etc.
- Drive Analytics/AI governance activities by working with SME’s, data analysts, and data scientists
- Work with cross-functional areas, IT, Risk, Privacy, Compliance, Data Scientists, Data Governance, Data Owners and Data Analysts to research and resolve issues.
- Provide oversight of policies and standards to measure compliance and maturity across the enterprise
- Find opportunities or problems with analytics/AI usage and collaborate with others to resolve issues.
- Partner with business and technology to identify and implement enterprise analytics/AI governance initiatives.
- Follow all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years related experience
- Structured Query Language (SQL) and deep technical capability preferred
- Knowledge of metadata management concepts and processes and good understanding of database and data structures preferred
- Ability to learn new systems and integration patterns, including cloud platforms preferred
- Experience with Data Governance and/or Analytics Governance tools a plus
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization preferred
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$95200 – $182400 / year

Work Environments
This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
