Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 8AM to 4:30PM

Pay: $19.50 to $21.50 based on education and experience.

The Senior Customer Service Representative ensures that customers receive proper sales service through the processing of orders, correspond with customers, and coordinate with other departments as needed.

  • Monitor customer reporting, communicate critical issues and handle wider scope of customer and complex situation.
  • Manage customer requests for assistance, information, and issue resolution.
  • Handle escalated calls from other Customer Service Reps.
  • Provide accurate and consistent responses to customer concerns and questions.
  • Take immediate action to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and department.
  • Communicate with other department on customer service trends.
  • Assist manager with written procedures and training of new CSR’s.
  • Maintain customer files.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned by Manager.


  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have at least 4 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
