Sr. Creative Program Manager, Amazon Devices -Direct Sales (2562)

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Sr. Creative Program Manager to support our growing devices portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and managing a program for the execution of high profile onsite retail sales event creative.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will be able to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple large-scale projects. They will own schedules, outline key milestones, and traffic deliverables. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and raising the bar on creative deliverables for cross product line sales events. The candidate must be able to work with creative and technical teams to solve complex efficiency and scale problems associated with the high volume, high quality delivery of retail sales event assets.

This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, problem solving, and strong communication skills. A track record of on-time delivery of projects coupled with the ability to operate independently and autonomously are key to the success of this role.

Key job responsibilities

This role will be the point of contact (POC) for internal business partners launching cross product line retails sales campaigns through Amazon’s traffic channels, including the Amazon.com home page. They will need to understand the onsite experience events roadmap, business objectives and goals through regular scope of work mechanisms. This role will be responsible for connecting the right people and developing and managing a work back plan to deliver results.

They will put together project RACIs, schedule and facilitate creative reviews, drive decisions forward and unblock issues. While Devices Brand Studio has established mechanisms for intake, SOPs (standard operation procedures) and WBS (work back schedules) for go-to-market projects, this role will work on implementing new frameworks, standard processes, and tools specifically for cross product line retail sales event creative. They will work closely with the Devices Onsite Experience Events team, the Central Homepage Team, and the Devices Brand Studio Creative team to find the right approach.

About the team

This role sits on a team within the Amazon Devices organization that handles intake, resource planning, scope of work, productivity tools and mechanisms and program/project management.

The team acts as the connective tissue between the Creative team and business partners. We are a supportive group of individuals who work well together and enjoy what we do.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
