The ideal Senior Architectural Designer will have a deep passion for design, an impeccable design eye, and obsessive attention to detail.

This role will report directly to the Chief Design Officer.
Salary Range: $100K+

Requirements
- 5+ Years of professional experience
- 5+ years of Revit Experience.
- Architectural Design experience in the Retail and or Hotel Industry.
- Interior Design experience is desired.
- 3d visualizer skills in 3DS Max, Twin Motion, SketchUp, Rhino, and Lumion are a huge plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- The design Style is Simple, with Muted Colors, and Modern with a Brand approach.
- Ability to evolve our current design language.
- A deep understanding of how design drives the brand.
- An expert understanding of design aesthetics and principles.
- A command of visual and communication design principles
- Enthusiasm for an iterative design process inspired by critique and continuous feedback.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
- Knowledge of various building types
- Strong design skills and a passion for creativity
- Ability to work in a small, high-performance design team with excellent collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
