Amazon Ads is seeking an Account Executive to join our rapidly-growing Mid-Market/New Business Streaming TV team. This is an exciting time to join a new team in a role with broad scope and the potential to make real impact. This role will be focused on driving net-new business with a prospecting mindset. As the first line of communication with prospective brands, ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, nurturing new relationships, pitch presentations, proposal generations, and driving video investment.

• Account Executive generates advertising revenue by calling on ad agencies, new prospects, and consulting advertisers on Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
• Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunity and connect it with a value adding solution.
• Generates a pipeline and influences buying decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers.
• Establishes credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers.
• Maps account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our video products best serves an advertiser’s needs.
• Holds sales calls on existing and prospective clients, delivering superior customer service.
• Prepares and delivers customized sales presentations to clients.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of B2B sales experience
– Experience building new customer relationships
– Experience closing sales and revenue generation
– Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or like program
– Preferred qualifications
– Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
– Experience selling digital or online media.
– Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience interacting with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
– Experience in executive level engagement with SVP/VP/C-Suite

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives.
