Overview:
The position is responsible for managing all compensation for a specified region/ regions, and including job evaluation , market data analysis, wage and hour compliance, managing the annual salary review In addition, the incumbent is responsible for managing expatriate / inpatriate assignments and mobility & tax-related activities in the US. The position will also contribute to the development and roll out of GR policies.
Responsibilities:
Compensation Review and Operations
- Compensation Support: Operate as an internal consultant to provide broad-based compensation and policy guidance to HR business partners and internal business partners. Provides accurate, relevant and timely information and assistance while maintaining the highest quality and customer service standards.
- Market Data: Responsible for the inputting and extracting of market data for specified regions in market surveys. Provides analysis and constructs appropriate salary scales.
- Salary Analysis: Conduct periodic market and internal analysis to determine competitiveness to market; assists HR business partners in developing salary offers, conduct ad hoc analysis for business lines.
- Wage/Hour Compliance: Performs periodic audits in all areas in which we operate to ensure compliance with changing laws.
- Policies: Research into, develop and implement compensation policies including bonus schemes and salary management.
- Annual Compensation Programs: In collaboration with the GR team and HR business partners, manages the annual salary planning and merit programs and CBP payments.
- Contribute to the development and roll out of GR policies, including benefits when appropriate.
Mobility
- Prepare mobility cost sheets or salary increments proposals for management review and approval, including liaison with external consultants to obtain relevant costs.
- Ta x Equalization: Assist with the administration of equalization payments, process invoices and field questions from employees and external tax vendor.
- Relocation: Assist in the administration of the domestic and international relocation programs. This includes processing monthly invoices from relocation vendor, verifying charges, processing employee reimbursements, and fielding questions from HR business partners and employees.
Job Evaluations
- Job Evaluation and FLSA: Periodically audit and work with HR team on job evaluation and FLSA exemption testing where appropriate and communicates results to HR business partners and internal business.
- Job Description Database: Maintain specified region(s) job descriptions in the corporate database by ensuring all newly created or revised job descriptions are added and outdated and eliminated jobs are removed.

- General Experience – Proven experience in performing role regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges
- Managerial Experience – Experience in managing team
The typical salary range for this position is: $75,000 – $105,000.
The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.
