The opportunity
The Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function has an important role to play in helping to achieve EY’s ambition to create long-term value as the world’s most trusted, distinctive professional services organization. We work hand in hand with the business to take services and solutions to market; bring our purpose, building a better working world, to life for our people, clients, and communities; engage our people and build a high performing culture; and to build the commercial value and emotional resonance of the EY brand.

In this 12-month contractor role on the Global Employer Brand Team, you’ll help position EY as a top employer across our digital channels, with the aim of attracting, engaging, and retaining the best talent and creating exceptional experiences for them.
We are looking for a digital marketing professional to assist in the ongoing transformation of our digital employer brand experience and content. Your day-to-day role will involve working with Talent and BMC teams to help define, build, amplify and measure our employer brand through key digital channels – including our website, social media, digital advertising and more.
Your key responsibilities
- Bring our employer brand to life and engage our external talent audiences in new and innovative ways by supporting an audience-first strategy via key digital channels, including our careers site, email marketing, social media channels and more
- Help drive a distinctive and best in class candidate experience by supporting adherence to brand requirements for our applicant tracking systems as well as through analytics and user testing
- Drive forward the future state of our careers website including supporting on new content creation and content optimization, identifying opportunities for UX improvement, and serving as overall project manager
- Support global employer brand paid media campaigns, including advising on target digital channels and supporting campaign measurement
- Build on and refine our measurement approach through marketing analytics and reporting
- Oversee dashboards and reports to measure end-to-end effectiveness of digital experiences
- Monitor competitive information and identify areas of opportunity where digital experiences can be enhanced.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Five-plus years of digital marketing experience
- In depth understanding of social media platforms and other digital marketing channels
- In depth understanding of digital marketing/communication execution
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with content management systems, UX, and/or career sites
- Experience with Employer Brand and/or Recruitment Marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Strong networking skills and ability to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of internal and client facing professionals
- Experience in managing budgets and overseeing creative agency support

What we offer
The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary range/s.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $73,200 to $132,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $87,800 to $151,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
