As a Channel SystemsSenior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of projects within the Channels organization. The role will require individuals to translate business problems into detailed Process Flows, Business Requirements, User Experience, and Functional Design along with supporting the project implementations from concept to adoption in the project cycle.

The role will work closely with cross function teams including sales, channels, marketing, finance, and sales operations to ensure an integrated experience is provided to our customers.

The position is open to a remote U.S. based employee, based in either the Eastern (EST) or Central Time Zone (CST).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects within a work-stream
  • Define and own the business requirements, design, user stories and business processes for projects for sales and partners
  • Manage the Dev Ops enhancement process
  • Works directly with Regional and Global Channel Operations to understand their business needs and translate those into user stories
  • Serves as the liaison between business users and IT
  • Works with a diverse group of people including management, SMEs, and developers
  • Ability to understand both business and technical concepts
  • Participates in stand ups, retrospectives, demos, and sprints
  • Writes clear, concise, and informative release notes
  • Manages the PRM backlog to ensure the stories are refined and meet the definition of done
  • Manage and own the implementation of projects and Dev Ops enhancements from Concept to Post Go Live Support that are assigned to you
  • Develop training material, provide training, and drive adoption for projects implemented
  • Research and recommend innovative ways to drive productivity to our external partners and internal sales operations teams
  • Identify Productivity gaps within the channel tools and drive resolutions
  • Define communication and change management plans for projects
  • Create system mocks up to show the art of the possible in the technology
  • Leads in analyzing complex business problems that needs to be solved with automated systems
  • Manages expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
  • Manages to develop integrations, converts data, and configures system settings and options; executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and manages to create specifications for systems to meet business requirements
  • Formulates development to provide expertise consultation to users in the area of automated systems
  • Partners with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced Degree preferred

Required Experience:

  • 8-12 years of overall experience
  • 3-5 years in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience in a company that sells its products via external distributors and partners
  • Business Process Mapping and Business Analyst Experience
  • Understanding of the Salesforce.com PRM and connected channels tools eco-systems
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively both within the department and across departments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Possesses strong organization skills

Salary: USD 101600.00 – USD 152400.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
