Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Engineering Tools and Infrastructure to lead the development, deployment and maintenance of tools and infrastructure for our engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of software tools, infrastructure, and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engineering tools and infrastructure strategies in line with company goals and objectives
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of software tools, infrastructure and processes that support the engineering teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify areas of improvement in existing tools and infrastructure, and develop and implement solutions
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day administration of software tools, infrastructure and processes, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively
- Maintain and upgrade existing tools and infrastructure as required to ensure they meet the needs of the engineering teams
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for the effective management of tools and infrastructure, ensuring they are in line with industry best practices
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering tools and infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization and infrastructure management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

Minimum Salary: $240,000.00
Maximum Salary:$345,000.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $240,000.00 and $345,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
