DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design and develop low latency software applications on Linux platform, leveraging TCP/IP protocol. Design and develop best-in-class low latency trading platform for exchange market, and order connectivity and execution algorithms. Build pricing strategies for market-making such as NAV, Fair value calculation, market data aggregation, size and pricing caps and automated Risk Management. Analyze user needs, gather business requirements, and design and develop software applications in an agile environment. Work with traders and quants to document functional specifications. Facilitate, review, train and transfer knowledge to junior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 1 (One) year of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: UNIX; Performance Testing; Shell Scripting; C++; GIT; Infrastructure Architecture Disciplines; Jenkins; Python; Linux; TCP and IP; LBM; Software Development; Execution Strategies such as Smart order router, spread strategy or basket strategy; pricing algorithms and risk management; and Memory optimization tools, including Valgrind. Requires knowledge of bond markets including Brokertec, Fenics, CME, and Dealerweb.

Full-Time. Salary: $171,016 – $200,000 per year.
