Job Summary

As a Contact/Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service through inbound calls, chats, and other communication channels. In this role, you will also handle administrative tasks, emails, and voicemails to ensure our customers’ needs are met.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, chats, and other communication channels professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with transportation inquiries, issues, and requests, providing accurate information and services.
• Understand EME Products and Services so you can effectively provide guests options that will meet their transportation needs
• Respond to customer emails and voicemails in a timely and helpful manner.
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer support as needed.
• Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations and Group Sales Representatives.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Job Requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.

The expected pay range is $20.00 – $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
