Customers and clinicians directly connect through a secure message-based portal, giving customers the flexibility to message their clinician when it’s most convenient for them-anytime, anywhere.
Key job responsibilities
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who leads by doing and is comfortable designing at all stages of the product lifecycle. In this role, you will influence the end to end UX process, from discovery to treatment for a set of features that help our customers get affordable, high-quality healthcare, conveniently.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
– Experience designing customer facing retail products
– Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
– Experience designing in an agile development environment
– Full stack designer with experience in all phases of UX design.
– High degree of ownership on both tactical and strategic projects with the ability to unblock themselves.
– Highly proficient in a variety of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc).
– Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
– Experience presenting to senior level leaders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience working in the Healthcare industry designing interfaces for customers or patients.
– Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps.
– Knowledge of customer engagement and contact center use cases, products and workflows.
– Working knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how to incorporate them into modern user experiences.
– Expert design sprint and/or design workshop facilitator.
– Expert in planning and running lean UX research initiatives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
