Peraton is seeking a dynamic Systems Analyst – ICM Developer.

Candidates will need to have medium level Cisco’s Unified Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise (ICM) scripting experience – development, operational support, project management support, testing support – everything in the project life cycle and day to day operational support of the applications. These individuals should have senior Cisco Unified CVP-ICM Solutions Specialist skills.

Must show the capacity to work in a large enterprise environment. The Developer will analyze and define the business and technical requirements of complex Cisco Contact Center implementations. The Developer will coordinate quality assurance, installation, documentation and project management.

Must have experience in designing, creating, and implementing various Java- based solutions.

What you will do:

  • Participate in the full life cycle of Agile or waterfall projects by designing and developing user interfaces and applications.
  • Conduct testing to ensure high quality bug free and secure code.
  • Gather requirements and design complete contact center solutions for ICM.
  • Decompose business and system requirements to support clean interface in a multi-development environment.
  • Contribute to a technical team to ensure consistency and interoperability between solution components.
  • Discuss, design and develop contact center call flows and complex self-service IVR applications
  • Provide high quality written documentation for all application requirements, designs, validation and as-built.
  • Perform reporting assessments and conduct training and/or mentoring sessions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 to 10 years of experience with contact center management software and applications.; or Master’s Degree with 6 to 8 years experience; or high school diploma/equivalent and 12 years of related contract center management and software applications.
  • Must be able to provide technical and operation support in the installation for network, LANs/WANs and telecommunications equipment and systems in a Large Contact Center Environment.
  • Must have experience with Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Center Management Enterprise (UCCE) strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to identify and communicate program risks and recommend mitigation.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to a obtain interim staff like access based upon a Public Trust Moderate Risk Background Investigation security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Visio, MS Project and other MS Office Applications.
  • Familiarity and exposure to Report Customization with Aceyus.
  • Familiarity and exposure to any Cisco 3rd Party Products (i.e. Nuance, Finesse, Verint, etc.).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in VoiceXML IVR technologies.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with CVP Studio, Java, and back end integration with databases and web services
  • Experience with Eclipse IDE.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Advanced Speech Recognition solution design and development.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech tuning and grammar analysis.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 – $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
