Sonalysts, Inc is seeking an experienced engineer with critical thinking and effective communication skills to perform system and software engineering functions for defense system development projects.

- Work on interesting and challenging software project such as:
- modeling and simulation of advance payload behaviors
- development and improvement of signal processing algorithms
- Using analytical and problem-solving skills to solve problems and build prototypes

Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance*
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science field with 10 years experience OR
Master’s degree in an engineering or science field with 5 years experience
- Experience with signal processing or experience with controlling unmanned systems/vehicles or experience in modeling and simulation of the undersea environment
Strongly Desired Experience/Qualifications:
- Possess an active Department of Defense SECRET security clearance*
- Experience with MATLAB
*Obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves a comprehensive background check.
