Job Description/Job Summary
• Project Manager -. Possess strong Project Management, portfolio, Planview and having engineered practices, enterprise Life cycle, Agile/Kanban/Devops etc. achieve and maintaining healthy portfolio as per contracts with in the pre-defined guidelines, stakeholder management, Risk Management, Service Management, Change Control process and MPP experience and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Manage defined processes and risks with respect to organization and customer, coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project delivery Service Tracking: define development, quality and NFR related metrics.
Responsibilities
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Excellent Project Management/Program Management and Scrum Master experience and managing the portfolio.
• Able to work with Health plans, Business owners and Product owners and participate and run the daily scrum meetings, State review meetings, Health plans approval.
• Change control process, Estimates, Financial and Budgeting process, creation of project plans using MPP.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Work with the team and ensure the successful implementation of the projects
Must Have skills
• Must have PMP or CSM certified.
• Agile process and Jira knowledge.
• Program Management, Service Management, Risk Management, Knowledge Management, Requirements Management, Documentation Data Analysis and Reporting, Estimation & Resource Planning
• 10-15 years of strong Project Manager/Scrum Master/Program Manager experience
• Must have Healthcare experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
• Ability to organize and plan work independently
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
